On the first floor, in addition to a common room with a Tuscan fireplace, bathroom and dining room with a large table, there are three apartments with air conditioning:
- A two-rooms apartment for four people with a double bed, bathroom with shower and double sofa-bed in the lounge;
- Two one-room apartments for three people with a double bed, bathroom with shower and single sofa-bed.

On the ground floor there are five apartments, of which three two-rooms and two one-room flats; each has its own table for eating outside, just in front of the door to your flat.

All the apartments are equipped with the use of a kitchen, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi connection.
