- The prices in Euro refer to individual direct reservations and are to consider as per apartment, not per person; rates include the use of swimming pool and sun beds (seasonal opening, swim cap mandatory/towels not provided), linen (bed, bath and table), final and weekly cleaning, private outdoor parking and high speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Complimentary crib with linen for children under 3 years old (only upon early request).
- Small-sized pets permitted free of charge (only upon early request).
- Heating cost excluded (seasonal oct-apr): lump sum €8,00 apt/day.
- Relax Area excluded (Gym and outdoor seasonal Jacuzzi): price per apartment, €12,00/day and €48,00/week.
